Forms below are for the expressed use for TCA, Inc. registrations only, and can be printed out for that use by anyone wishing to register a cat, kitten, or litter in TCA, Inc.

REGISTRATION RULES - Overview of rules for registration.
CAT REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORM - Pedigree Form Only.
CHAMPION STOCK CAT Registration - Purebred cat already registered with another recognized Registry.

FOUNDATION STOCK CAT Registration - Purebred with no current registration.
HOUSEHOLD PET CAT Registration - Any cat with no current registration. Must be neutered after 8 months of age.

CATTERY Registration - Lifetime Registration of the name of your Cattery with TCA, Inc.
CATTERY Inspection - Annual TCA, Inc. cattery inspection is available on a volunteer basis. Contact the Head Registrar for scheduling an inspection.

LITTER Registration - initial step in registering new litters into the TCA, Inc. Pedigree Database.

APPLICATION FOR PURE FOUNDATION STOCK Registration - Used by breeder requesting recognition of a Foundation Stock registered cat as a Pure Foundation Stock cat after meeting all of the proof of genetics' requirements.
APPLICATION FOR ADVANCEMET of KITTENS from PURE FOUNDATION STOCK PARENTS TO CHAMPIONSHIP STATUS - Used by owner/breeder requesting recognition of a Foundation Stock registered cat whose parents have been upgraded to a Pure Foundation Stock cat after meeting all of the proof of genetics' requirements.
